How to Log In to Pub333

Logging in to your Pub333 account is straightforward. We've made the process quick and secure so you can start playing right away. Here's what you need to do:

• Enter your username or email — use whichever you registered with. Your credentials are case-sensitive.
• Enter your password — the one you chose during registration. Make sure Caps Lock is off if you're having trouble.
• Check the "Remember me" box (optional) — if you're on your own device, you can stay logged in for convenience. Never use this on a shared computer.
• Click Log In — you'll be prompted to enter a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
• Enter your OTP — this is the security code texted to your phone. It expires after a few minutes, so be quick.

Once your OTP is verified, you're in. Your dashboard will show your balance, available games, and account settings all in one place.

Two-Step Verification: Why We Use It

When you log in, we send a one-time password (OTP) to your phone as a second security layer. This is called two-step verification, and it's one of the best ways to keep your account safe.

Here's why we use it:

• Protects against unauthorised access — even if someone gets your password, they can't log in without your phone.
• Keeps your money secure — sensitive actions like withdrawals also require OTP verification.
• Verifies it's really you — if you get an OTP you didn't request, you'll know someone is trying to access your account.
• Works on all devices — log in from your phone, tablet, or computer — the OTP protects you everywhere.

Make sure your phone number is up to date in your Pub333 account settings. If you don't receive an OTP, check that you're using the correct number.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in, here are some common issues and how to fix them:

• "Invalid username or password" — double-check both fields. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you still can't remember, reach out to our support team via the help link on the login page.
• Not receiving your OTP — make sure your phone number is correct in your account settings. If SMS is slow, wait a minute and try again. Contact support if SMS doesn't arrive after a few minutes.
• Your account is locked — this can happen after multiple failed login attempts for security. Contact our support team to unlock it.
• Browser or app won't load — clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Make sure your internet connection is stable. You can also use the Pub333 mobile app as an alternative.
• You've been logged out unexpectedly — this can happen if you logged out manually or if there was unusual account activity. Log back in normally.

If you've tried these steps and still can't log in, our 24/7 support team is ready to help. Reach out through your account dashboard or visit our FAQ page.

Keeping Your Account Secure

We take account security seriously. Here are some best practices you should follow to keep your Pub333 account safe:

• Never share your password — Pub333 staff will never ask for your password. If someone claiming to be from Pub333 asks for it, they're not legitimate.
• Don't use "Remember me" on shared devices — always log out when you're done, especially on computers used by family, friends, or in public places like internet cafés.
• Use a strong, unique password — avoid common words, birthdays, or sequential numbers. Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
• Keep your phone number updated — your OTP is sent to your registered number, so keep it current if you change phones.
• Verify login notifications — if you get an OTP you didn't request, don't share it. This signals someone is trying to access your account. Change your password immediately and contact support.
• Use a secure internet connection — avoid public WiFi for sensitive actions like withdrawals. Use a VPN or your mobile data if needed.

Mobile App Login

You can also log in using the Pub333 mobile app for iOS or Android. The process is the same — enter your credentials and verify with OTP. Many players prefer the app because it's faster, works offline for some features, and sends notifications about account activity.

Download the app from the App page or the app store on your device. Once installed, log in with your existing Pub333 username and password.
